Pre-sales Service

We provide factory layout design, technical consultation, feasibility studies, and cost and investment return analysis for our customers. We also introduce our company profile and product categories. Equipment functions, brick machine sizes, and colors can be customized according to different customer needs. We arrange and accompany on-site visits to production facilities, engage in brief discussions on-site, and address any concerns the buyer may have.

Sales Service

We review contracts and confirm or modify any uncertainties or issues that require mutual agreement. We issue production orders as required, arrange production, installation, commissioning, technical guidance, and offer remote consulting services.

After-sales Service

We provide spare parts and comprehensive after-sales support.
